Ingredients
1 tin of Scout Tuna (either Garden Pesto or Organic Olive Oil)
100g of unsalted butter
2 sheets of gelatine (6g)
Directions
In a medium bowl, bloom the gelatine sheets
Add 1 tin of Scout Tuna, butter and your bloomed gelatine to your food processor’s bowl and blend everything until smooth. This is your pate.
Place your pate into your mould, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Once it has been chilled, it can be sliced and served, as you’d like!
