Seasonal Fruit: A variety of citrus, persimmons, pomegranate, figs and ground cherries
Seasonal Vegetables: Roast Squash with herbs and citrus, bitter Lettuces and frisee, spice roasted potato wedges
Cheese: Firm cheeses, such as piave, aged cheddars
Meats: mortadella and guanciale
Torn Bread
Variety of crackers
Savoury-sweet jams
Housemade pickles
Pickled red onions
