Cream cheese and Scout Lobster are a simple pairing that never fails to please. Whip this up quick, and serve it with fresh veggies for an impressive way to start a meal with your friends and family.

Ingredients
1 tin Scout Lobster
200g of cream cheese
2 tbsps of tarragon, basil, and parsley mixed all together
1 tsp of garlic, chopped
1 tsp worth of lemon zest and juice
Directions
Drain your Scout Lobster. Reserve it’s butter and bits for toasts.
Mix your cream cheese, chopped herbs, garlic and Scout Lobster together in a bowl.
Place in a serving bowl, and serve alongside fresh veggies, endives or crackers.
